A Synthetic Turf Field is More Than Just a Sports Surface

Meet the Collector Field

Artificial turf surfaces can reach temperatures up to 70 °C, which presents an opportunity: they become a unique source of thermal energy. Our Collector Field captures that heat to warm nearby buildings while also improving player comfort. Even when the field is not in use, it has practical value.

This is how it works

Below the synthetic turf, a piping system circulates a special fluid that heats up from the turf’s warmth.

The collected heat can be stored or used immediately to heat surrounding facilities—such as the clubhouse, sports hall, swimming pool, or even adjacent residential buildings.

Regulatory requirements from sports associations and quality‑assurance systems are always met, ensuring safety and functionality.
